Great location in Lower Merion, yet only minutes away from center city Philadelphia. Spacious condo units with balconies and wall to wall windows. Newly renovated, elegant lobbies, corridors and public areas.

The library is open 24/7 to residents. It includes fiction and non-fiction sections. There is also a special Children’s Library that meets every Friday from 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm. Residents can check out books or sit in the comfortable chairs and read. A computer is available, as well as Internet access. New books being added all the time, so stop by and see for yourself. Donations of current best sellers in good condition are accepted. The library is located in the East Building, just off the lobby.

Event Rooms
The Indian Creek Room is an event space on the lower level of the East Building.  It has room for up to 200 guests. The nominal fee includes use of kitchen facilities, tables, chairs and coat room. There is WiFi, a sound system, and a screen for a projector that can display TV, movies, or computer images.

Other smaller event spaces are available.

TV Room
Situated off the main lobby of the East Building, the Green Hill TV Room is a medium sized (65 person capacity) multipurpose venue serving the needs of the entire community.  There are comfortable chairs, tables, WiFi, a quality sound system and a large, flat-screen television.  The TV room is available to committees and residents for movie nights, meetings, sports viewing parties, bingo and game nights. It also serves as the voting location for local, state, and national elections for residents and some of the surrounding neighborhoods. For a fee, residents can rent the room for private functions such as dinners and family celebrations.

Card Rooms
Located near the East Building Main Entrance are two card rooms for the use of our residents. These are small rooms with tables and chairs, perfect for the many weekly card games as well as occasional small gatherings.  The rooms also host small meetings as well as the monthly Discussion Group. There are also card tables located in the lower level public area of West Building for the convenience of those residents. West Building residents wishing to participate in East Building games and activities can ride our shuttle to the East Building.

Outdoor parking is free for residents. There are several resident parking lots and designated resident spaces throughout the complex. Garage parking spaces can be rented for a monthly fee. Garage spaces can also be rented from space owners when they are offered. When snow storms are expected, arrangements can be made for temporary indoor garage parking for a nominal fee. Visitor and overflow parking is available on the outdoor upper decks of the East and West garages.

Packages arriving from UPS, USPS, Fed Ex, etc. are signed for and stored in a locked package room until the staff make their daily rounds delivering items to each apartment. If a package is for a resident who is not home, a notice is left on the door.

Outgoing mail boxes are located in each of the three conveniently located mailrooms.

Laundry Room
The West Building and the East Building both have laundry rooms with large clothes washers and dryers. They can be used for large or heavy loads. Residents have washer/driers in their units, so the community laundry rooms are not normally used for regular clothes washing. The Laundry Room on the lower level of the East Building is next to the package room and Maintenance Department offices, in the C tower. There is a clothes washer and a clothes drier, both large, “industrial size,” which can be used for blankets and bed spreads. There is also a standard-size washing machine. They are all coin operated. The room has chairs, a sink and two large tables for folding laundry. The laundry room is often empty and there is usually not a wait to use the machines. When a machine is already in use, residents are very cooperative and laundry can be temporarily stored on the folding tables.
